Laboratoires X is considering the launch of an organic range within their usual pharmaceutical network : sales potential, positioning, target, cannibalisation risk, promotional strategy, competitors' plans... The Marketing Director wishes to backup her development strategy with an opportunity study that unveils these many stakes.
