Context:
Laboratoires X is considering the launch of an organic range within their usual pharmaceutical network : sales potential, positioning, target, cannibalisation risk, promotional strategy, competitors' plans... The Marketing Director wishes to backup her development strategy with an opportunity study that unveils these many stakes.

The partnership is carried on through the design of a brand platform, to provide guidelines for the development of the organic range et for briefing suppliers.
